Kvalitu ovliv\u0148uje tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsob zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, pra\u017een\u00ed a mlet\u00ed. St\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed oblibu maj\u00ed k\u00e1vy s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed aciditou, kyselost\u00ed. Mezi gurm\u00e1ny plat\u00ed, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm kyselej\u0161\u00ed, t\u00edm lep\u0161\u00ed. V\u011bdci st\u00e1le zkoumaj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky k\u00e1vy na lidsk\u00fd organismus. Posledn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee pit\u00ed k\u00e1vy m\u00e1 pozitivn\u00ed vliv. Jednak obsahuje antioxidanty, je\u017e pohlcuj\u00ed voln\u00e9 radik\u00e1ly, jednak podporuje krevn\u00ed ob\u011bh. Tvrd\u00ed se, \u017ee pokud \u010dlov\u011bk denn\u011b vypije \u010dty\u0159i hrnky k\u00e1vy, prodlou\u017e\u00ed si \u017eivot. Existuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce kav\u00e1ren, kter\u00e9 svou image buduj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b na tom, \u017ee sv\u00fdm z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm serv\u00edruj\u00ed kvalitn\u00ed k\u00e1vu. Z n\u011bkter\u00fdch se stal dokonce fenom\u00e9n . St\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed popt\u00e1vka je tak\u00e9 po baristech, to jsou lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed profesion\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159iprav\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161 obl\u00edben\u00fd n\u00e1poj.
