Nen\u00ed pak v\u016fbec snadn\u00e9 s jejich konzumac\u00ed p\u0159estat. Existuj\u00ed i jin\u00e9 mo\u017enosti, jak p\u0159irozen\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem odol\u00e1vat stresu, bez cigaret, k\u00e1vy a alkoholick\u00fdch drink\u016f. Chv\u00edle pro sebe Ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s je dnes zavalen horou povinnost\u00ed, neexistuje snad nikdo, kdo by se den co den probouzel s v\u011bdom\u00edm, \u017ee se m\u016f\u017ee spoustu hodin jen v\u00e1let a ned\u011blat v\u016fbec nic. P\u0159esto bychom v\u0161ak m\u011bli sv\u016fj den pro\u017e\u00edt tak, aby nebyl extr\u00e9mn\u011b naklon\u011bn jen sm\u011brem k povinnostem. Vyhra\u010fte si alespo\u0148 jednu hodinu pouze pro sebe. A\u0165 u\u017e prov\u00e1d\u00edte n\u011bjakou z\u00e1bavnou \u010dinnost sami, nebo se sv\u00fdm milovan\u00fdm prot\u011bj\u0161kem, m\u011bly by to b\u00fdt okam\u017eiky pro\u017eit\u00e9 ve \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed a v radosti ze \u017eivota.
